Alibaba Cloud announced the opening of two availability zones in the UK in October 2018; its third set of availability zones within the EMEA region, after Frankfurt and Dubai. The new availability zones also boast 24/7 on-site support – including both security and engineering – as well real-time monitoring and a ticketing system with SLA guarantees.
