NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT Group (TYO: 9432), announced today that it will reorganize its corporate structure on April 1, a crucial step in the company’s plan to realize a Smart World and fully support the digital transformation (DX) of customers. The reorganization will greatly enhance NTT Com’s provision of industry-specific solutions and trusted platform services as well as strengthen its role as a DX Enabler® supporting DX initiatives with the Smart Data Platform (SDPF) to help customers create new value from data.
Business Solution Division
The new Business Solution Division will provide highly industry-specific solutions on a timely basis to meet the precise needs of businesses, industries and society. This division will consist of five Business Solutions units as well as a Solution Services unit that integrates everything from ICT consulting to design, construction, maintenance and operation, and a Business Planning unit that designs strategies for the division and pursues Smart World initiatives.

Platform Service Division
The new Platform Service Division will develop and deliver diverse services for digital society. It will comprise units for Applications Services, Digital Platform Services and Managed & Security Services for safe, secure digital data utilization, plus a Sales & Marketing unit for digital marketing and partner sales, an Infrastructure Design unit to support highly safe and secure services and a Business Planning unit to design strategies for the division.
Innovation Center
The new Innovation Center will be a center of excellence where NTT Com designers and digital engineers create new businesses from medium- and long-term perspectives, including xTECH technologies tailored to specific (“x”) industries.
Digital Transformation
The new Digital Transformation unit will be a center of excellence for data scientists who advance NTT Com’s own DX with enhanced process automation and data-driven management.
